SHIPPING

Little Birdies ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS from Richmond, Virginia. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the day after your order is placed. For example, an order placed Thursday evening may not ship until Monday.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150 (Continental U.S. only).

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 — DETAILS

Free ground shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only. Taxes, discount codes, and prior purchases do not count toward the $150 minimum. Your order total must be $150 or more after any discount code is applied to qualify. The offer is valid for one shipping address per order and cannot be combined with expedited shipping requests.

PLEASE NOTE: shoplittlebirdies.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or strikes.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If an order is returned to Little Birdies because of an incorrect shipping address, our customer service team will contact you. A re-shipment fee will apply, based on the carrier-calculated rate to the corrected address. Please double-check all shipping information before confirming your order.
