Shipping Policy

Little Birdies ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS from Richmond, Virginia. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days, starting the day after the order has been placed and depending on what day you purchased.  For example, Thursday night orders may not go out until Monday.  

We currently offer flat rate $8 Ground Shipping on all orders as well as Free Ground Shipping for orders over $100 (Continental U.S. only).

Free ground shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only. Taxes, discount codes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Order total must be $100 or more after discount code is applied to qualify for free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. *Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: www.shoplittlebirdies.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If an order is returned to Little Birdies because of an incorrect shipping address, our customer service team will be in contact with the customer. Customers will be charged an $8 fee for re-shipment of their item(s). Please be sure to double check all information before confirming your orders!
